Support Agent


This position is volunteer onlyThis position will be  compensated with free website hosting and free game server hosting. There is no monetary compensation for this position.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in customer and technical support, especially in the fields of website and game server hosting.


The responsibilities of the position include:

  • Responding to and assisting current and potential customers through Live Chat, Email and Support Tickets.
  • Utilizes company resources to provide answers to customer questions and resolve customer issues.
  • Utilizes proper grammar and punctuation in communications with customers.
  • Utilizes Mattermost/Email for remote team communications.
  • Utilizes ArktoCRM, Arkto GameDash control panels to view, access and input customer information.
  • As a voluntary position, scheduling will be extremely flexible to adapt to your wants and needs.


The qualifications of the position include:

  • Previous experience working with a hosting company (or similar) is preferred.
  • Not required but a plus – experience working with WHMCS Customer Management Software, DirectAdmin website hosting software, game server hosting software.
